Is there a problem? Tried a couple of times to post and getting weird behaviour. A new post didn't go to top of list but half way down.
Something weird going on. Top 8 posts look like they have been stuck or locked into place.

Yeah, I see that tooka. Looks like it's getting all messy again.
I think that's why Apple has applied the appellation "genius" to their in store techs. Any brand of computer technology that I've ever used requires a genius or two to make it work half right half of the time.

I'm seeing the same, but not every time.
Of course, it only happens after the second captcha attempt.
EDIT: It happened when I posted this. The date/time stamp still reflected yesterday.

Whatever server handles the timestamps on the posts must be having clock problems itself. Our offices had some issues like that recently.

The worst part is that it keeps changing: all the the timestamps are eight hours wrong for a few hours, then they're right for a few, then it repeats. That's why posts keep jumping up and down the list.
It seems like its been right in the morning and wrong in the evening. Maybe the server has a drinking problem.

It seems that multiple posts passing into the bottleneck server that hosts the Forum have achieved 88 mph, therefore triggering the flux capacitor to interrupt the space-time continuum...my advice to any of you who consider posting is to find out the winning Lotto numbers, then post here, then immediately head down to the store and buy a ticket with those numbers....

My grandmother used to have a cottage on Lake Cayuga right next to Rod Serling's. We had our Siamese cats with us at the cottage once and his dog stopped by for a visit. Siamese cats are badass! Poor dog.
I was really too young to know who he was.

When a new post is made it's supposed to move that thread to the top of the page. It wasn't working. This was staying down near the middle of the page.

Just noticed the time stamp is showing the wrong date too. Tooka's post above was 11:37 GMT on 26th Feb 2012. I don't think the timezone difference accounts for that.

I, personally, think this timestamp thing is kinda fun. It's like forum roulette! You never know which place your post is going to end up on the page, and which post from the last 24 hours is going to pop to the top! It's like a nice Montecarlo simulation of forum topics!

Ah! But it is not so! :) Although it said I posted the above comment at 8:54 AM, I really posted it at 9:54 AM! So there! ;)
EDIT: And this one was really posted at 10:09AM!
Of course, this might have to do with the fact that I am in Arizona, and we are the only state that doesn't do daylight savings time adjustments. But that being said, this time of year, we actually are in sync with the rest of Mountain Time.

I think the forum itself has achieved consciousness and is starting to judge posts, placing them where it thinks they deserve to be placed.

Jodanchudan... interesting theory, but I suspect if it really had it would either want us to know or want us to not know, so this thread would be stuck at the top of the page or buried somewhere in 2009. It seems to be in the middle of the front page.
