The Harrison Harmonicas listing on eBarf just closed for $480.00.

Wow, I wonder how much that will delay the delivery of new harps as the "seconds" command a far better price????

Did this really need it's own seperate thread?

Not trying to be rude, but these Harrison threads get old, same people always saying the same things. And yes, I'm aware of the fact I don't need to read them, and for the most part I don't(I just skim to see if there's anything new being said, or any info from people in the know, instead of all the wild speculation that goes on), but we don't need 3 threads about the same topic, and with the exact same content, all at the same time.

Right now that is the most famous harmonica in harmonicaland and will continue to be for a long time.
Ask any clued up player in a years time if they know about the "Mike Newell" Harrison harp and they will all answer yes. I bet this harp is the talk of all harp forums for a few days.$480 might not be such a high price to pay for the most famous harp in the world!!!

Well, this Harrison dude should be happy.

He made a killing on a single harp on eBay. He sold it to a complete stranger for $480.

And pissed off the rest of the harmonica community (his real customers).

In a purely unofficial role here, I think it would be nice if all the HH stuff stayed in one thread. We bump a perfectly good thread off the front page every time there is a new one while the old one is still sitting there, and in a semi-official role, it's easier to keep track of them if they are all in one place. I wish the forum software supported thread consolidation.

$480.00 seams a lot for a harmonica maybe the bidding was hijacked by a angry customer, there seams to be one or two about. If that's not the case he could do some second chance offers & make some big bucks

I noticed those B-Rad's have an FPT 10.3 version.

Wonder what improvements there are between FPT 9.0 and FPT 10.3, and what the lastest version is ?

Looks like the longer your wait the "more improved" the harp is ?
