I was just wondering,

Should you have the chance to play your harmonica one last time before you time comes to an end, what would you play?

A very weak and wheezy 1-2-3-4 blow chord then vomit blood through it and then - done.

The Final Countdown! Although, to be fair, it might sound a lot like what Kingo is playing to anyone else.

I'd drop my harp on the floor and stomp it. Game over. I'd whistle something and laugh.

'Mr Lucky' (John Lee Hooker)

yeah, I know its not really a harp song, but I'd just ask someone to kindly put it on for me (If I was well enough to play harp, I don't think I'd be dying).

I say foget about the future and do what inspires you right now. Have the faith to drop the fears that hold you back from living your dreams and let your heart blindly guide you. Walk blindly and have the faith it will take you to better and better places. That way your last breath will be a peaceful one no matter what it is you are doing. Walter

I'd use circular breathing to make a very long sustained note- at least a day or two- maybe a few years; then just to annoy people I'd play a IV chord, followed by a V chord and never resolve.

I'd probably play "Suicide Is Painless" --

But seeing as my ultimate demise is still a long way off yet that might be subject to change, who knows?!

Thing is, I just hope I live long enough to piss some more people off; and show up Persona Non Grata at my own funeral! ;)

i was at the grave yard today. we poured whiskey and planted flowers and flags for vets and missed them terribly. of all things, w/ the smell of irish whiskey in my nostrils, i was wondering what to put on my own grave stone.

it was either " so what was that all about?" or "i know, right?"

"You're Gonna Miss Me (When I'm Dead and Gone)""

Ain't no way my wife can keep up with maintenance on her car and the house and property... well, I guess I do have some life insurance... but she's pretty much oblivious about maintaining things.

No harp, but a C harp will do...

A weak, sloppy blow chord....If someone holds the harp in my mouth for me...And presses down on my chest, if need be.
