Is it amplifies? It appears so . If so what kind of pick up did you use and how did you mount it?

thanks guys yes it has a piezo that i bought from gitty's where a lot of the CBG builders get theres there better than radio shack and dont have to be stripped down and come slightly cheaper,i mounted it with a rubber cement adhasive that would help insulate it some from harsh sounds,I just read about doing this,i done my real acoustic the other day with a radio shack piozo and epoxy and its to senative to harsh sounds, this CBG actually sounds warmer than my acoustic guitar,so i might have to redo my acoustic,i hadnt learned about mounting them with some kind of rubbery glues to make them work better.the notes are wood burned in as are the frett markers,i dont think i could cut a good sound hole with the note pattern but give me a few beers i might try it ;-)

i learned alot from this build, lesson 1 allways buy top quality parts exspecially on a money build,i got the economy tuners cause they had open backs and i thought they would look more old fashion, and alot of the builders use them, well there crap and not much cheaper than the better ones giddy sells,i striped 1 trying to tune it,put another on striped it,I thought no way im sending this out like this,so i pulled a set a nice tuners i had on my 1st build and put them on,i had to drill out the bushings,of the old tuners, luckily the better tuners had a larger diameter of hole needed so drilling out the bushings wasnt to bad, thats just 1 of about a half dozen problems, but shes done and plays sweet.

the 2 best places ive found is cigarboxnation.com for free plans and all kinds of stuff on CBG's and gitty's website thers a banner on cigarboxnation to get to gitty's he has a few nice art.Thats where i got the pioze info,They said size to most is a personal choice that some feel like it dosent matter,) thats what she said)I just ordered the 3 pack that gitts puts together soldred allready and stiped of the housing.you can get 3 from him for about a Dollar ,more than radio shack sells 1 but of course theres a very small shipping like 2 bucks, but they really good and half the hard work to them are allready taken care of.takes 3 days and he has it to you
