OK Mario, First off that was GREAT! i loved the whole vibe it is right up my alley (as we say round here) great licks and great timing, SO now i need some inside knowlege, what is the backing track and how can i get it? what key harp are you playing? what make of harp are you playing? did you come up with the arrangement or is it from someone else? and lastly how long have you been playing? well done again i loved it!
Okay, I will tell you something about me and my playing.
I play since 1990. But I`m no professional.
I play in 3 different groups "The Kittyhawks", "The Busy Bedbugs" and "Mississippi Campfire." Most of the time acoustic. These are trios and all of the 3 groups got different song material.
The harp I play in the video is a classic Marine Band, customized by Joe Filisko. But that is not the secret :-) The Backing Track: "Slow 8 Bar Blues in E" from the album "The Ultimate Blues Jam - Authentic Blues Practice Tracks Vol.2"
The "arrangement" is from myself. As you can hear the beginning and the end of the song are the same and between them you can hear some variations or improvisations or whatever you call it.
And for me it is good to see that you like what I can do on the harmonica. Trust me, I don`t know much about the Theory behind this tin sandwich. I just play and make it sound nice.

There is some simple wisdom here for amateurs with no aspirations to do this for a living. This attitude is a very good place to begin a tremendous journey in music to last a lifetime. Theory never hurts, when added in appropriate doses for the learning curve, obviously.
Very nice - Good feel, good tone. I particularly like the different textures you get using different tongue and hand techniques, along with a nice combination of chord and single-note play. My only criticism is you never went above hole 6, I don't think. Playing a little at the high end would add even more variety to this piece. But in general I hear very good, solid playing! ---------- /Greg
