That would appear to be a 1980's issue Johnson ceramic. Never tried one, but I've heard good things about them. Technobird's got some.

----------i think it's a Brush crystal. The EV Shperex's? (sp) were loaded w/ Brush elements. MP affordable reed replacement and repairs.
