Your thoughts/comments welcomed and appreciated. Special 20 A harp. Through MicroCube with a little Chorus and Reverb into Cubase for mixing. Just 2 minutes of your time would make me smile :)

For some reason the embedded player isn't loading for me (Firefox on linux), but it sounds like something I'd like to hear! :) I'll see if I can get it to load on another computer later today...

Got my media player ot open the linked file... Sounds pretty good, but IMO, reggae really works better if it's strongly hook-based. It's sorta like trance music, in a way. You've got to have a really strong meme and then just work it over and over again. Also, even in solos, its still gotta have that skank on it (emphasis on the upbeat). But I liked the effects you had going on, and I did dig some of your phrasing! Fun stuff! :)

@Jaybird. Sorry about that, don't know why it's started to play up now.

@Isaacullah. I know what you mean. Mine does tend to be a sort of Reggae Lite as opposed to the real thing. I'll try your upbeat tip. Never gave that a thought, I just followed my own intuition. Reggae's nice with harp I enjoy doing it. :)

I like what you do here but reggae its not. Just cause there is skank on guitar dont make reggae like just a flat 3 and 5 dont make blues
You want reggae first ya need drum n, bass . Skip the one hit the 3 beat ya got basic one drop,
Good playing tho-Sorry if I am a reggae nazi

@Gopa Thanks for that, good of you to comment.
@Goldbrick. You're probably right I don't know a lot about reggae but your comment was most welcome and encouraged me to find out more. Thanks guys.
