Hopefully it wasn't your playing that caused you to get that gash above your left eye. Rough crowd!

Yeah, that's what I looked like in 2026, long after I was fired from Ole Miss for behavior unbecoming to a salaried Ph.D.

that's a pre-MS Hohner Blues Harp (piece a junk unless you put MB covers on it) but the little walter scar above the eye is a nice touch.

That man make a blues harp sing, definately a lifestyle choice. He washes down the shine with some cheap wine-md20-20,or mother goldstein.Got a be a roustabout southerner, always give you something for a handout. These cats out west, just a sob story, alright thats good enough for a handout from me,but that cat could blow you a tune.

Here he is in better days...Anyone recognize him as a member before he hit hard times? Definitely a ladies man - but aren't all harp players.

Hate to introduce a serious note but...
What I love about the harmonica is absolutely galvanized in this photo.
Clearly life hasn't quite finished dishing out the beating to this chap but he can find a small piece of solace blowing harp.
Powerful stuff!
