Lee Oskar $37.99
Huang Star Performer $16.50

It's interesting. He was carrying Hering's not to long ago. Bends is out of business, and we can ignore Merano, Johnson and Bee for quality reasons, and getting Tombo's besides LO's in the US is a task. Anyone else have a diatonic brand that they use?

I don't really use them, but I have a full set of Jambones by AXL. $5 a harp on musiciansfriend. I dunno anyone who plays them but I've heard Swans arent bad. My buddy Bill still has several Bushmans that he uses.

Couple surprises for me there. Last time I bought a bluesmaster it was 3/5ths the price of a marine band. And when I bought solist pro, they were also much cheaper than marine band.
These prices are very different in Australia though. The hohner marine band, sp20 and blues harp, pro harp are all $55 in stores. I don't know current Suzuki prices except I bought a manji for $65 I think. Marine band deluxe is about $75, but it's been a long time since I bought one. Given that Aussie $ is same or generally higher than USD this past year, I don't really understand why this should be the case. Unsurprisingly many Aussie harp players shop offshore.

Edit: I've played those jambone harps occasionally. I even had one which was pretty good once. I had to stop before I started to like it too much to stop. If only my former buddy had thought that way. It's too late for him now alas.
