Very nice! You guys played up the funk well, and I like the subtle touch of the organ in there as well. I like to hear how others approach it. ---------- Todd L. Greene
@ bharper – I'm playing a Hohner Marine Band into a Chuck Gurney Turner shell loaded with a Shure CM into a Boss DD3 Delay through a Sonny Jr. Super Cruncher.
The recording is straight off of my Zoom H2 digital recorder.

"unique"... yea, I bet it is. It certainly looks like a "Gun & Knife" kinda juke. When you come in, the door guy checks to see if you have a gun or knife on you. If you don't - he gives you one. I've played places similar to this.
@ Oisin – Shaun Butler was a crazy dude who claimed to be a ninja with the ability to pop his own eye out so he could look around corners. That "song" was one my band in high school wrote in his honor.
@ Sorin – Thanks. I embedded one before but forgot how. I am a luddite.
@ gritsncatfish "looks like a "Gun & Knife" kinda juke" I'd say it's a true Juke Joint with it's low ceiling an tight band space ,.the best tone to be found came outta those places,.. The Guns & Knifes maybe found out back ! LOL
