@kyzer,.." Here's a thought. What kind of deep deep deep doo doo would Brad be in if everyone cancelled their >1 year old pre-order? You know the answer. Pitiful. That is all."
Pitiful I think not ,.. HH got $480.00 for the one on ebay ,..all his canceled harps would be put on ebay ,.an go for twice the price,. as I said earlier,. "HH found a way to sell for more than asking price,. Supply an Demand !!"
Jonlaing, that's seems to be a recurring theme in animals playing harmonica. The smooshed squirrel in the Michellin adds was holding it backwards too. I think this guy is giving lessons.
well then he needs to do just that and quit duping regular folks out of their hard earned money. any fool who pays almost 500 for a b-rad is a god damned idiot. ---------- Kyzer's Travels Kyzer's Artwork "Music in the soul can be heard by the universe." - Lao Tzu
"Miles, Brandon Bailey actively played his B-Rad at HCH. That's got to tell you something."
It will take more than one kid from tenessee area who I have never met, just playing one to make me even think of the idea of spending $180 on a new harmonica. I don't care if his name was Marion Jacobs and he could play Flight of the Bumblebee in the style of Sonny Boy II....... Especially with the already seemingly unpreparedness of the company........ Shoot! I don't like harmonica THAT much! ;)
Brandon is a featured artist on the Harrison site. 'Actively playing his B-Rad' is what an endorsee is supposed to do. Just doing his job I guess. It aint the harp though. He'd sound great whatever harp he played.
Not sure who it is, but; for those who don't have Facebook accounts, here's an excerpt:
This is a page designed to air greivences concerning the service of HARRISON HARMONICAS i was not fired i quit when brad tried to cut my hours and pay in half, he then threatened me with a scab if i did not agree....i did not agree...let your story be told here. keep it factual ,rumors, violent or hateful comments or any trade secrets are not what this is about and don't expect to see any of it put to print here.although i am not responsible for the actions of other people whom you may have angered. . i only care about the truth. as the old saying goes...the truth will set you free. the fact of the matter is that harrison did me wrong and when he told people i was a bigot and lazy i was forced to respond. he could have stuck to truth but that wasn't going to work in is favor so he lied.(and if in fact it was not him writing those comments about me it was his employees using harrison harmonicas youtube page. either way it was his name associated with the accusations, and i hold him accountable. brad harrison you should start being honest its much easier that way. i have no plans to monitor this page. just knowing that its there is good enough for me. its too bad , brad was a decent guy and i actually enjoyed my job that is until greed took him. sucks to be held accountable doesn't it brad. riddle me this... if i machined xx amount of harmonicas sets per day ,but due to the tuners/assemblers sleeping on the job and calling in every other day, while the parts i made five days a week steadily for 8 hours a day, may have gone to backlog... then is it possible brad let me go because he had enough pre-tuned sets to assemble for the next couple of months. why pay me a wage agreed upon if he doesn't need parts machined he needs parts assembled...is this the reasoning for keeping the girls on payroll ? A temporary fix for a long term problem brad. eyyy just a thought i had at one point. doesn't really matter.

Yeah I saw that too. Last I checked there were only 14 fans, so I'm not sure I'm inclined to take this guy at his word. I also heard a rumor that the same guy was fired not for work ethic, but for inflammatory and inappropriate speech/conduct on the job.
Don't know what's true, it's just what I heard. People do all kinds of stupid and fruitlessly angry things when they get fired from an establishment.
Who knows... apparently my harmonica is coming next month, that's all I know.
Agreed. I would probably have just basically ignored the rants, but it seems others are on board as well with similar stories. Not sure of the validity of any of it. Bad case of sour grapes or is there real unjust?
