I've got a superlux,it was my first mic. I think it's a great mic for the price. It just goes to show you don't need super expensive equipment to get great tone:o)
Thanks tooka. I put a cheap dynamic mic in front of the amp and plug it into the line in of the laptop - seems to work okay as long as I focus on cupping the harp mic enough but sounds horrible if I don't.
Windows? Go to Control Panel then Hardware and Sound then Device Manager. This will list all the devices on your computer. Click Sound and video controllers and it will list if you have a special sound card. I doubt very much that you have unless you requested a special build when buying your laptop. I'd guess it just has the generic on-board sound chips. ----------
