I am new to this forum so I guess I should intro myself.
I play all of the harmonica types but especially the chromatic and bass. I play bass, chord, and chromatic with the Virginia Harmonichords and write most of the arrangements for the group and our local harmonica club. I read and play by ear. When I play the diatonic harp I usually play bluegrass or big band.
I am the organizer of the Virginia Harmonicafest and this will be out 15th year. Fliers are available by request to harpplayer1@verizon.net (shameless plug).
I am musical director for the Cardinal State Harmonica Club which is hosting the SPAH in August.
I work at Alpha Music and do electronic repair on guitar amps, mics, mixers, processing gear, etc..
