My son came to me today and said he had a new song ready. If you watch more than 45 seconds he'll have you hooked. A lot of stuff going on in this video. Pretty good phrasing, tone, rhythm and overall structure for a six-year-old.
Looks like he already has a structure there for his signature solo song.
very percussive styling. makes ample use of chords. a minimalist with more than a nod to tradition though one would search in vain for a direct influence. he is simply his own man. his harmonica sorties are without parallel in blues or jazz.

He is also an accomplished nose harpist. I'm learning from him myself. He was making licks before I could (for example warbling 3-4 draw while bending both). You can see him regularly bending notes while playing rhythm on other videos. He just took to it.
I stumbled across your son's video and started a thread, but I'll chime in here, too: he's definitely got talent, and you're allowed to be a proud dad. Thanks for sharing, and welcome to the forum.
1) he's got good moves. He does move while playing, it makes him enjoyable to WATCH.
2) Like many harp players, he does not go beyond hole 6, an important concept for safe playing. ---------- intermediate level (+) player per the Adam Gussow Scale, Started playing 2001
