I want to extend an apology for my reactions to your comments in recent threads. I could have offered reasonable but different viewpoints without being insulting, but instead chose to say something mean. That's not normal for my character, but shows I still have work to do within.
This has nothing to do with business. I say "no" to harp orders more often than "yes" anyway. My apology is humble and sincere, as I continue to reflect and try to mature personally.
