I think it might might be you will never find such a beast.I am no expert, but I think the only 12 hole harps are in C~D~G. I have never seen any, other than Steve Baker Special in other keys.
Please post if you find one!

There is usually always a couple on ebay(not sure about the key of E though)

I've been thinking about getting one myself. The ones i've seen on ebay usually go for around £20, although i've not checked if there are any on there at the moment. They usually pop up on ebay pretty often.

Yes Reedsqueal they did do it in most keys. I have an E, B, 2 x Cs and 2 x Gs. It took me 2 years to find the B and E on Ebay but they do come up now and again.
I don't know what it is about them but the reeds have a lovely tone, especially the lower notes. I have a modern 364 in C also and I think the Echo Vamper has a much more crunchy sound.

This is a video I did about a 12 hole Echo Vamper I obtained some time ago. This particular one is in the key of Eb and apparently it is very rare for one to be in this key. Since getting the Eb I have also managed to get one in C. Interestingly, although both are at least 30 yrs., old neither harp required any reeds changing.
Keep looking Reedsqueal, they are a nice harp if you can find one. I paid about £6.50 for each of the ones I have. (Bought on ebay)
