Could somebody help me?

I don't take my harps apart to often and when I do I mark the parts carefully because I usually mess things up otherwise.
So this time I of course managed to get everything ending up on the floor ;)

The screws are easy, but how do you tell which reed-plate is which? I think the blow is on top and the draw is under?

If it's a harp that's been played a while, you can usually tell from the gunk and tarnish pattern which side of the plate has been touching the comb.

Failing that it's pretty simple to plink the lowest reed on each and see which is lower.

Plink them. If you hold it as if you were playing it the one with the lowest note should go on the bottom, with the reed facing so the rivet is on the side far away from you.

The blow notes (top plate) has the reeds on the comb side of the plate--underneath the reedplate. the draw notes (bottom plate) has the reeds on top of the reedplate away from the comb. In other words, you can't plink the reeds on the blow plate when it is on the comb, but you can plink the reeds of the draw plate when it is on the comb. Largest reeds go on the left. make sure the large slots on the comb are also to the left

very easy:

the blow reedplate has the rivets lined up in a LINE close to the edge

Huh, I'd never noticed that. That's much quicker than plinking.

Ok, so the top plate rivets are a straight line; you place them facing into the comb with the rivets near the comb. The reeds are inside the harp.

The bottom plates rivets form a diagonal line; you place them so the reed tips are near the holes. The reeds are on the bottom of the harp.

Also on harps that have screws the draw plate (bottom) has the threads.
