i was woundering how to you add a you tube video on here and be able to few it?

Search and read the 'practice your forum skills" thread - it goes over all this kind of stuff.
Within the youtube page of the video you want to post - there is a button labled "embed" - click that button and copy the code that appears in a box below the video. then past that code into your post and voila !

YouTube videos, once you have them on YouTube, are really easy to embed. YouTube does most of the work for you. There is a button under the video that says, 'embed'. Just press that button and a box will appear with the embed code in it (even already highlighted for you!) Just cut and paste that code into your post and presto!
