why not go for that one?

It's a custom MB classic with a great hardwood comb. The one pictured above has a cocobolo comb. I have one for sale. Black ebony comb. ----------

they are pretty much the same harp.
they share the same reed plates.
MBDs have wood combs that aren't totally sealed. the crossovers have a sealed bamboo composite comb.
MBS are compromised tuned at 442. crossovers have a variation on that tuning (some notes are sharper) and overall it is 443.
both are very nice harps.
i like the harp in the picture! ---------- MP hibachi cook for the yakuza doctor of semiotics superhero emeritus

Hey Jim,
How much does it cost to ship to Australia?
And do you use tapping screws in the reedplates for Marine Bands or Nut/Bolt fixings? ----------

The one I'm selling is in A, with ebony comb:

It is customized, but not by me. Slava Vinogradov did this one (he's the guy who makes those awesome combs, and he's also quite good in customizing).
Didn't play it much - soon after I bought it I switched to an alternative tuning and my richters went to the table drawer. I definitely don't want it to collect dust.
All overblows are playable. There's slava's signature at the back of the comb. Reedplates are (of course) on screws. Like all normal harmonicas should be.
I'm not sure how much shipping to Australia will cost, but shipping rates to Japan and USA were quite low. So I doubt it will be over $10-15.

BigBlindRay, you're buying that one? I have several other people asking and I told them it's reserved unless something changes. ----------
