A month or so ago I responded to a post here from Jon Harl about repairing & customizing Seydel harps at a terrific price (and I mean TERRIFIC!)! Well I just received my customized 1847 'A' harp - fast service - and am absolutely thrilled with it!
Here's my note to Jon:
Now THAT'S a great harp!
Thanks Jon - my first custom harp and it's wonderful and right on time for my next gig! The 1847 is a great instrument right out of the box, but these enhancements make it more playable with less air and the notes just jump right out of the harp plus the chords sound more lively!
