I've just approved about 15 new members, including--I'm honored to say--Steve Baker, a modern master. But I didn't look closely at the new applicants (except to nix "ilovegucci"), and we may well have several other modern masters. I can't keep track. But I'm happy to have new blood.

To all newcomers: we are friendly folk, but we have our quirks.

Hi to all the new members - hope you have fun and both learn and contribute on the forum.

Don't worry too much about the quirks, some of you probably won't notice. Think of us more as a family.

As long as we don't get beat up on. ("we" as in beginners)

So, what is a good, cheap harp? (Kidding! -- I have been following the forum before signing up)

Welcome everybody!

Check out the how-to page which is linked on the forum main page (just below the forum creed, which you should check out too :).

Put your pin on the mbh-map... and tell us some personal info on the 'where are you from thread'. Check out the facebook group and the various tips on how to post... etc.

Have fun!

@BigBlindRay re: your profile picture. Is that a new embouchure technique you are developing? :-)
