Does anyone offer a solo tuned harp [not a chromatic] in G.
I've got a song which I've been playing in 3rd on a regular G harp but I think it would be great on a solo tuned harp.
Thanks!
Jay

You can order one from Seydel. Many years ago, before Hohner discontinued the original Marine Band Soloist/School Band model in 1975, they used to be available in both C and G.

The Seydel website offers configurable tunings to there harps you good go there.
But to get a 12 hole solist pro configured to solo tuning for the harp and the tuning it wouold cost about 99 euros.

Is the twelve hole solist pro tuned to the richter or sol tuning though? Can someone clarify that?

The Solist Pro 12 is available in solo tuning, but not the Solist Pro. The info is right there on their website.

@ clyde

Thats a good idea. Plus you have the slide to raise it up a half step. for chromatic embellishments.
