Say I wanted to find a youtube video that was imbedded in a thread a while back. Is there a way to have access to all the youtube videos imbedded in the forum in one place? Or do I have to go through every thread one by one until I find it?
I suspect it's the latter option, but I just wanted to check to see if I could save some time.

Well, if you can think of some phrases from the thread you can try searching with those, although you might actually have better luck actually searching YouTube. If you describe the video someone may remember the thread or the video and be able to help you track it down. There might be a way to Google for the embed code on for YouTube videos, but that would be a long shot. (For instance, "embed code here" at modernbluesharmonica.com, where you take the root of the embed code and put it between the parenthesis. I think your best bet would be to see if someone remembers it.)

Oddly enough I am working on a solution that addresses indexing and cross referencing Adam's YouTube videos. It would be simple to extend it to forum topics and videos as well. Visit the "OT- CAPTCHA's They Could Be Worse" thread from Sept 22 for a preview. You need java and javascript enabled for your browser but it will prompt you for an html only version if java fails. Or visit www.webbrain.com and scroll down to the "Browse by category" and pick "music" from the drop down. Select the "MBH" brain. I'm still working on loading all Adam's vids but there are enough there to get the idea. More formal announcement probably next week some time.

You could try searching on google for things like:
"http://www.youtube.com" site:www.modernbluesharmonica.com/board
Actually this isn't all that great - it mostly finds links in signatures. I can't seem to find embedded videos well.
