THIS HAS NOW BEEN SUSSED!! IF YOU WANT TO GUESS, VIEW THE VID FIRST THEN SCROLL DOWN BELOW FOR ANSWER.

Started playing this simple riff a few weeks back, suddenly popped into my head from nowhere. Drove me crazy trying to figure out who it was. Played it to friends, guys in music stores, passing strangers on the street:)and without fail everyone would start humming along to it as if they were going to tell me who it was, then say 'nah, no idea mate, but I know the tune'! Thankfully someone eventually knew it!

First to get it wins any prize from the top shelf:)

My granddad gave me some sound advice on his deathbed.
"It's worth spending money on good speakers," he told me.

sounds like the song Lowrider. The riff I'm thinking of starts at 0:27.

It's easy because I channel surf between Cartoon Network and Comedy Central late at night, which takes me past Nic' at Night, where they show endless reruns of the George Lopez show. Plus I play Lee Oskars.
