Has this ever happed to you? I ordered a Marine Band Low-D on Ebay. I got this:
It's not even a low-D! I really doubt I will get anything from the seller...
I paid a total of $35 for it. It would probably cost 5 dollars to ship to anywhere in North America. Anyone want this for $40?

It would look great with this a certain comb I ordered... but I'm tapped out. Too bad. A better D harp and a MB are both on my list of things I want. Couldn't you complain to eBay?

It's sold.
I actually paid 34.99 which is 29.99 plus 5 dollars for shipping and handling. That's shown in the image I uploaded.
I made nor lost money on this. I just wasted some time. I have to order a low-D from someone else, now...

I'm so glad I didn't ding anybody!
I simply sent an email to the seller asking for either a refund, a new harp or instructions on what to do next.
Radio silence.
Until yesterday. A brand new Low-D from them with a nice letter of apology was found in my mailbox.
Having gotten more than adequate satisfaction, I feel it necessary to post who they are here. If you are in the market for a low-D (they also sell other keys, too) here is the ebay auction:
