Unfortunately I couldn't find a video of my former harp mentor and dear friend, Harry Harpoon. Harry came up in East LA and was in the group of young harpers who fell under George Smith's spell, including Rod Piazza and William Clark. He also enjoyed learning from and with Charlie Musselwhite.
Harry plays a wicked harp using the U-block embouchure and accompanies himself with virtuostic slide guitar and a bass drum with one foot and a high hat with the other. He has various combinations of these instruments to fit the venue i.e., small/large, electric/acoustic. He plays a lot of gut bucket blues and folkish songs as well as some exciting Hawaiian slack guitar.
He's mostly made his living much like a classic bluesman, playing just about every bar and honky tonk west of the contintental divide. A great guy who can really get a crowd jumping.
The other OMB player I know of is Ironman Mike Curtis. He plays a single half-valved Lee Oskar C harp in all keys and accompanies himself with electic guitar and a set of an organ's bass pedals.
The only videos I could find are of very poor quality, but this one will give you and idea of wht Mike does:
