I happened to see that and that is old school stuff and he was terrific. ---------- Sincerely, Barbeque Bob Maglinte Boston, MA http://www.barbequebob.com CD available at http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/bbmaglinte
Joch, what time in the video? I see a chord harp (actually a small one by chord standards I think) and a golden colored chromatic, maybe a Hohner Chromonica Gold? Or a CX-12 Jazz? Or do you mean the second harp he played, not the second larger? (He pulled out a diatonic at the end but I don't think he played it.) Or maybe it's not a chord harp. It looks about the right size to be a Hohner Chromatica.
His act is kind of 50 years out of date. His flight of the bumblebee was very good; his Mozart wasn't. ---------- Andrew, gentleman of leisure, noodler extraordinaire.

The harps being used were the CX-12 and a Polyphonia. ---------- Sincerely, Barbeque Bob Maglinte Boston, MA http://www.barbequebob.com CD available at http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/bbmaglinte
He told me it is almost like playing a piano keyboard layout. Each hole also has a blow and draw reed of the same note. Bizarre!
Pierre wants me to come by soon and drink some of my homebrewed Belgian beers while he fixes a chromatic harp for me. At 74 years old he has so much energy!!

Each hole is 1/2 step apart from each other on that Polyphonia he's using. ---------- Sincerely, Barbeque Bob Maglinte Boston, MA http://www.barbequebob.com CD available at http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/bbmaglinte
