friend bought a low E marine band 1896 from rockin' rons and gave it to me to customize.

the blister pack was clearly labeled LE.

anyway, i opened the package,pulled some nails from the coverplates and started drilling for 1/72 slotted pan heads.

got the first two drilled and looked up in horror at the box.

the box label read low F.

looked at the harp;indeed, low F.

guess hohner or rons people mis-labled it.

oh well.

that's a good key harp at any rate. works great on slow burning Key of G in 3rd position.

yeah Stagg, Rons cool. i was just chagrined i made the same mistake do to assuming that you always get what you pay for.

i think everybody should have a low F. like Jbone says, third pos. G.............
