hey that sounded real good, you've been woodshedding i see,You allways sounded pretty good but,I can also see alot of advancement from the last time i listened to you
That's very kind of you to say so Hobo. I'm really pleased you can hear an improvement. I hope I have improved but I can't really detect it if I have. It gets a bit disheartening at times to think I've made no progress. Anyway, Thanks.
tooka, ive found that the only way to discern progress from just being plain ole stagnant is to learn a new song thru and thru... thats a sure sign of progress... ---------- Kyzer's Travels Kyzer's Artwork
Nice playing tooka2. Good to see you posting again. You could have thrown in some blue thirds to spice it up.I know you were working just the low end,but it seems you're holding the harp at an odd angle.
Nice work Tooka, definantly sounding Bluesy:) Glad your still off the fags too(that's cigarettes to all you over the pond, i know what you were thinking!!) ----------

If your ear if developing, your musicianship is growing... Then your standards for yourself are getting higher... Are you kidding yourself that you're not making progress?
When actually...
You may well be...
And...
A thought: you tone is far too nice to be hiding behind that much reverb.
great job. I actually like the reverb, it gives you this type of dreamy, far away, sound quality...if that makes any sense. How about trying the comping challenge at the ''comping: show us your skills'' thread.
Hi Mathieu, I did have a go in the privacy of my own home but this is something I haven't done a lot of yet. It's beyond me at the moment but I'm working on it. Maybe the next one.
I think these little challenges etc are what makes this forum so good. It certainly gets bods involved.
