More dilution.
I don't remember anyone else checking an IP address, or should I say, blabbing about checking an IP address here.
Too busy? Come on, you've got time for this crap.

Kyzer, the little part of the thread that I read was cancerous. It drove people away and that's enough for me to utter that statement. I did not mean the thread in general.
"Congaron: You're leaving because somebody does not share your religeous belief? I have a better idea: Just cut his head off!! "
gene, was that directed towards another religious group? Just take it somewhere else...

"gene, was that directed towards another religious group?"
It was humor directed toward murderous radicals. I apologize if I've offended any murderous radicals. (Most, if not all religeous groups have had them.)

Gene, the real radicals are those darn cards. Off with her head!
Redacting would be so much more fun if I knew HTML to place black marker over my comments.

I learned some stuff when I was living in Europe and that experience really made me the laid-back man I am today. You can't get pissed off at stuff. I spent three months living with a bunch of Austrians. They did some stuff, now, that I was like "what is wrong with you people?" I probably did some stuff, too. They had some black squirrels there that climbed up this old oak tree that had been there since the 1500s or so(when the place was built), then went down this limb and hopped on the windowsill and ate some bread or seeds and whatnot the Austrians left for them. So this squirrel hops up there all cute and junk and I say "squirrels are good eating," which absolutely shocked them. Then, I go downstairs and they've got this hazelnut-base soup with chunks of cow lung floating in it for supper. I ate it. Cow lung soap eats like little meat sponges. There was also cultural disconnect when I saw the Alps for the first time. I said "Dang. I'd hate to drag a deer out of there!" I thought they stank, cause of the differences in bathing cultures. I don't know what they thought I smelled like. Maybe they thought I stank, too. Wasn't important. we overlooked all that stuff and realized we were all people and didn't judge each other on the same criteria that we might judge people in our societies. Instead, we learned about each other. I really hated wine in those days. I spent most evenings talking to one of the guys who worked there. His grandfather was a decorated war hero in the Afrika Corps during World War II. One night, he asked me about wine. I said I didn't like it, he gets all fired up and says he's going to show me about wine. So, he pours me a dram's worth of this one wine and asks me what I thought. It was sweet and I said it was good. "That wine is no better than horsepiss," he said. So I spent the next several hours sampling wines and learning about them. That wine education still serves me today.
The deal is, when you deal with people, you have to step back and detach yourself. I never talk about politics for instance, cause I figured out nobody really cares what anybody else thinks on the subject or how many times I voted for George Bush... no good could come from talking about it.
Get to know them. Assume people are going to spout a bunch of bullshit, cause that's what people do. Your bullshit tolerance directly correlates to how rewarding your experiences with other human beings will be.

@ERH,
Dave, a lot of wisdom there, I have most times agreed with your posts here and on harpL. And I totally 100% agree that no good came from voting for Bush.
How's my harp coming? JD
BTW: squirrels in Iowa, good eatin', squirrels in Washington, stringy and not much meat.

Conga isn't going anywhere. If he was, this "big show" wouldn't be necessary. He'd just disappear, He just wants to see how many of you will beg him to stay.

Ness, that was awesome. I laughed out loud with your motivations of what people should not aspire to. Then you hit me again with the ratio of good information. I'm going to file that BS ratio thing away in my brain and probably use it long down the road. Feel free to take credit for it when I do. Man, that was hilarious!
