Thanks for trying to ease my pain but pain and suffering is the path I have chosen. It's not easy to be a professional harmonica player but somebody has to do it. If you really want to make me feel like I'm on the right path then just insult me all you want just so you don't do it for pleasure because then you will be off the path too and I don't know that I could live with myself knowing that I gave pleasure to another person.
In piss and vinegar my fried, may you seize the day.

''To be one of the greats, you must learn to live in a world of pain.''
utter b.s. but i guess it explains the comfort eating.
''I don't know that I could live with myself knowing that I gave pleasure to another person.''
well, you can rest at peace from here .. no pleasure gained.

Hey, Nacoran. What's the judicial ruling on people telling people to STFU? I've seen that used a few times without comment from the Supreme Court.

For a guy naming himself "Yogi", his understanding seems pretty stuck on the first degree... or is it me ?

Gloth - why criticize Yogi's behavior if you don't apply the rules to others?
Just a rhetorical question. No need to answer that.

How are you ID-ing the IP address? Is there handy link somewhere?

Harpdude61-just now seeing your post to me-no offense taken here! I was probably having a bad hair day when I typed that. You'll see at Hill Country that I'm nowhere near as serious as some of my posts might imply. ----------

Harpdude61, comments like "gut bucket blues" and "uppity" make me think that I may know you. What's your first name? TC? Matt? Mad Jack?

Lip Ripper, I first heard the term "gut bucket blues" when someone was describing the music in the movie Black Snake Moan. Not sure who. Uppity was a term my grandmother used when I was a kid to describe people who didn't have to hang their laundry outside. Another term was high faluttin. You could say Buddha is a high faluttin harp player. My name is Duane and I am from the mountains of northeast TN. Nope, I did not marry my cuzzin, damn it...my brother beat me to her. Corn squeezins is a good thang, Dolly Parton is the greatest person who ever lived, and possum gravy IS awesome for the libido. No problem Todd. I just assumed you were defending your hero.

My hero? Haha...Buddha's not my hero. I'm not sure I have a hero. Bring some of that possum gravy with you to Hill Country and you might become my hero! ----------

Ev630- There is no official line. Just based on Yogi's post numbers and the fact that I remember the last time I saw him posting he was attacking Buddha I just thought I'd ask him to play nice before Buddha sicked the hounds on him.
I know you and Buddha go back and forth sometimes, but you both also have a lot of comments that are more on topic.
As for how people sniff IP addresses, there is software that will let you do it, even without mod powers (which actually is just the power to edit or delete posts). We've had members kind enough to use it to backtrack the IP's on some of our spammers.

Nacoran, I am sure that budha can fight his battles. Not sure why i would have to walk on egg shells to protect his sensitivities for fear of 'attack dogs'.
I just find some of his comments need challenging. Accepted, the comment regarding his obesity may have been a little harsh, i was feeling childish and apologise for that. But, i dont resort to swearing at peoples i do not like for want of something more intelligent to say.
And i am nobody else pretending me nor am i me pretending to be somebody else. just me. unlike the great budha ,who, it seems even his fans say creates a persona here that is not representive of the real life man himself.
other than that, what is possum gravy?

Yogi- The attack dogs remark is just because Buddha actually trains attack dogs. It's a running gag on the forum. I just wanted to say something before the thread spiraled out of control. No harm, no foul.
And possum gravy scares me. First you think it's dead, then it's not. ---------- Nate Facebook

"why is he looking at me like that?"
That's what sissies like you say when you fuck with big bad buddha in front of my rottweiler, then again it could have been that silk scarf around your neck and the dog was about to commit a hate crime. But he left you alone because it was clear that you weren't hiding behind a keyboard to insult his master.

And that mentally ill sounding barely-a-sequiter somehow sounded complimentary. Very weird. I'm guessing Kaiser is at the keyboard.

Apologize spelled with an 's'. That narrows it down.

Zombie gravy is almost as bad as possum gravy. First you think it's dead, then you think it's not, then you realize it's something in between. I'll stick with ketchup.

Yeah, narrows it down to the UK, Australia and other commonwealth countries where the Queen's English is spoken. Good to see you recognised that. Uh, recognized.

Fan? Don't look at me. I just find this florid construct to be fascinating in a "bug under glass" kind of way.
