I came across this example of talking harmonica by Salty Homes, I think it is worth listening to for anyone who hasn't heard it.

I think Salty has managed to make it onto Adam's list by been a performer on the Yazoo Harmonica Masters CD.

I am quite interested to see how much 'talking' can be gotten out of a harmonica, can anyone think of any other good examples?

I have just realised that the Yazoo CD Adam mentions on his list is Harmonica Blues, great harmonica performances of the 1920's & 1930's,

The CD I was thinking of is Yazoo Harmonica masters, classic recordings of the 1920's I 1930's.

Rory McLeod and Sonny Terry both spring to mind...

Belfast- I repost Salty every so often. Something about playing along with that really helps you nail bending technique.
