Does anyone know what era this marine band is from?

Can you post a picture of this but using the bottom side of the harmonica please? Why? Pat Missin's site has a really good article on dating Marine Bands. I don't have the link handy, but if you type in Pat Missin in a Google search I think there is a link to the article on the main page.

That's actually a 12 hole marine band 364, and the pat missin site only dates the regular 10 hole diatonic marine bands.

Thanks. Yes, I think it's a 364 (12 hole). I read somewhere that the MB 364 were first released in 1974.

That is NOT correct at all, as the 364 has been around for well over 125 years. You are most likely confusing it with the 364S, meaning Solo Tuned, which actually came out around 1976-77 as a replacement for the Marine Band Soloist (which I have two of) and the School Band model, both were discontinued in 1975. The 364S was a really lousy playing replacement of that old MB Soloist.
The 364S is basically a diatonic tuned like a chromatic without the slide, and the tuning is in ET.
The regular 364's were available in Low C and regular G, with the same basic note layout of most diatonic harps.
When you play it, you will know if it is in solo tuning or not.
Below is what that solo tuning is and they onloy make them in C (starting at Middle C):
