Cool. I wonder if you can cook burgers on it!

oddmusic.com has my favorite list. I've also seen a bass made out of balloons. I saw a giant record player on inhabitat once that was pushed along the ground by a bunch of people while it's 'needle' played the furrow in the ground. I tried submitting it to oddmusic but their email doesn't seem to be working anymore.

This has been the coolest hang drum video I've seen. It's SOO beautiful! What's interesting is that drum is pretty much exclusively made in switzerland and the wait list is outrageous (if it even exists anymore). It's even worse than the early Joe Filisko/customizer situation. There is an american company that I think will start making these drums soon. Just hope they are as good as the original!

from what i have heard, is there are only 3 people in the world(i think all in switz) that can make those drums..

here is another drumb.. for some reason watching him play reminds me of the game simon....

my friend got a hang drum about 2 years ago that he busks around sydney with. I think he had to audition for it as well as wait.
This is his band but i've seen him play much better.

In the gallery at oddmusic there is an instrument called a banzantar. That's my favorite I've found so far- an upright bass with 38 strings.

i had my wisdom teeth out yesterday and can't play harmonica.
having to make do with a diddley bow that i made.
This is supposed to be Cant be Satisfied by Muddy Waters (or at least how i recollect it)

note the swollen cheeks
