Great sound here! I have a weakness for that soft touch. What´s the mic?

I feel like I should be holding a lighter up while I listen to this!

Thanks a lot!

I saw a cool Youtube video with Vera Hall singing this song and I added some things from Creedence Clearwater Revival's song Suzie Q to have a nice steady rhythm. The mic is (or was) Electro Voice 457A. I thought the sound was a little weak and boring so I changed to another element that was much stronger with a lot more character. I tried Shure SM58 and also Beta 58A which I like very much but this was the best for me. The element was a spare part from a discontinued Swedish dynamic mic JJ Labs BMD950. It was a very good mic but the Chinese supplier demanded larger volumes so they stopped it. It's a larger element with 20% bigger diameter than Shure SM58 that fits EV 457A.

Thanks Håkan. Maybe I know a guy here in Gothenburg who could be sitting on a few JJ Labs mics ...

Thanks JG!

Martin! He shouldn't be sitting on them! He should use them or sell them to a harmonica player. Please tell him that!
