I built as set of Easttop T008Ks recently, to carry when I travel for work (and visit local jams). I normally play Special 20's, and have gotten hooked on the recessed reed plates.
The Easttops seem to be constructed more like a Marine Band, with slotted reedplates (and vented covers), although with plastic comb and screws.
I'm finding that where the slotted reedplate and top cover meet at the low end of the harps a bit sharp, and bothering my lips. Is there a technique from customizing MBs that could work to smooth this out easily? I've got 14 of these harps in my travel case. (12 major keys and a couple minors)

HiJosh
I have a set of Easttops and when I opened them up initially to clean and gap them I hit any sharp edges gently with 400 grit sandpaper before reassembling them and they are all fine now - I only had a couple of rough bits on mine though.

Sand the corner of the reed plate with a sanding stick?
