How do you upload a recording of your fantastic self via your phone, I can't see a link.....

We can't host videos/recordings here. You have to upload them somewhere else and then share the link. For videos, YouTube is probably the best way to go. For pictures, I'm using Photobucket now. I used to use Dropbox but they changed their sharing rules. For audio only recordings, you can use Soundcloud.
