I've had it on my computer since it first came out..then my computer died and took the ap with it. Ok no big deal in that it is fairly cheap so i log in on my new computer and bought it again. The registration details didn't work,i tried to contact Joel but all i got was a generic/automatic reply telling me to do exactly what i had done before. So i thought maybe it was my fault in some obscure way so i bought it again. Same thing the Ap just kept asking me for my registration code and then not accepting the one i had been sent. Numerous Emails re the problem elicited no response other than a computer generated 'try this' So i am quite a few dollars down and have never once received a reply from a 'human' Great ap..pisspoor business ethics.

If you paid by PayPal raise a dispute for both payments. Provide written evidence of the efforts you've gone to contacting seller, including the multiple lack of replies.
Paypal is pretty good, if you provide the audit trail and show you're pissed off with good reason (and no human response from developer is a good one) then they usually will refund - especially if the company does not respond. It might also give the company a kick up the ass to respond via human reply. I think they give it 30 days for the company to respond, but you can escalate it as well.
I've done a few at various times, and because it affects a sellers status they usually respond quick smart to a paypal dispute.
Of course, these have to be recent purchases. They're not going to do it on anything over a month or two for obvious reasons.

Use harpninja instead! Bendometer, when I looked into it, sold a subscription... you got to use the software for one year and then you had to pay again. I'm happy to pay up for new features, but I always believed it's better to own than rent.
Their software also did some stuff I didn't like like turning on my microphone without permission. I understand why it did it, but I still was kind of annoyed.

I didn’t know it was availability for computer. Is this an Apple/Mac? If so, it should be in your “Purchased Apps” still. I use it on my iPhone and love it. Are you going through harpsoft.com?

http://harpninja.com/app/harpninja/ NORTON,says Harpninja.msi is not safe and has been removed.
Tried to download the trial version and this is what i got.!? I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer when it comes to computers so i am a bit perplexed at this response.

Hey Indigo,
What Operating system of windows are you on?
There's no reason to use 3rd party virus scanners anymore, they're a waste of money as the inbuilt Microsoft security is as good if not better, and it's free.
They sometimes give what is known as "false positives" (which is what you experienced) which identify clean software as "unclean", which is a pita.
https://community.norton.com/en/forums/need-download-program-norton-wont-let-me & https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/home/current/solutions/v80629965_EndUserProfile_en_us explain the issue and solutions.
If you can manage to navigate that then yes, please try the trial version first to see if it suits your needs.
Cheers, pc
