Can't buy them new, except in complete reedplate sets.
I have collected quite a few old reedplates but seldom asked to repair LO harps, probably because people buy the new reedplates.

And then there is the matter of finding a good reed on a used plate, to replace the one you need. Usually it's gonna be the same reed broken, 4 or 5 draw. So one way is to use a blow reed from a different key reedplate, matching the note as close as possible. This can be hard to find. For instance, you need a 5 draw for a A harp, that's a note D
If you have a blow plate from a Bb harp, you can use the 5 slot reed and maybe it will still have a good life.
I'm not sure if LO reeds are all the same dimensions across all keys.

If you can find individual reeds, then just a matter of installing them. Plenty of instructions on you tube etc, you can assemble your own kit or buy a tool kit. Rivets can be purchased from Hohner or you can reuse the old rivets or make your own from wire, or use screws. I used to use 1.4M screws. You want them about 1.5mm long and a flat or pan head imho. Seydel sell some on their site, kinda pricey but not as much as some. I think the heads are not appropriate, intended for countersink, but Lars Seifort told me the repairers report they work better than flat heads. I confess I never tried them, I preferred to use something I knew would work rather than something my instinct told me would be less suitable.

Hohner also sell screws on their European site, but so do numerous hardware suppliers and miscellaneous sellers on the web. Shop around if you want to repair using screw fasteners. If you just want to make 1 stop purchase, check out Andrew Zajac and Richard Sleigh.

What key/reed do you need to fix? Like SuperBee said, they don't sell individual reeds, but maybe someone will have the reed you need. I've only got one Lee Oskar that died. I made the mistake of leaving it in my pants pocket on laundry day and the cover came off. One of the reeds snagged on something. If I remember correctly it was a C. I don't remember which reed was busted but if you can tell me what reed you need and SuperBee can tell me which of my reeds might work as a donor I can check.

If you have an M 1.4 tap and a 3/64 drill bit I'll let you have a couple screws for replacing the reed....sorry I don't have any LO reeds at all or I'd help if I had extra. If you need to ream the reed hole on LO there is a tool that costs like $5.00 that will hold the reed steady.

Availability of spare reeds is one of the reasons I steered away from the Japanese harps.
With Seydel and Hohner I can easily obtain new individual reeds. And I favour Hohner especially as I can get 5 reeds for about the price of 3 from Seydel, and because Hohner use 2 templates, 1 for harps from C down and another from Db up, I can often find good secondhand reeds. Eg, D harp 5 draw is commonly broken and is the same reed as G harp 7 blow which wull usually be pretty good. Likewise the 3 draw in an Eb will replace 5 draw in an A. This is true for sp20, marine band, golden melody types, which all use the same reeds.

I have a couple hundred harps of various types in my boneyard. Not many Suzuki though. I do have a few dozen lee Oscar plates but I am probably a long wAy from you
