What editor are you using b4 post----I know on mine 'windows live movie maker' if I post a picture or video I have to, post the same picture many times -to the end of song, or the song will end to soon--
what I wanna b able to do, is quickly post audio--w//out my hideous mug, w/out using you tube-- have had no luck with 'dropbox' with diagrams or audio---I don't want you to have to paste n copy url--want u to be able, to just hear the audio, or see the diagram on mbh---
You guys have taught me a bunch with yr posts---sometimes theres a newer member---or someone just starting i could help--but I don't want them to look at my stupid mug on youtube--
Im anal and make diagrams for everything--ie diagrams of a harp in 1st pos 2nd pos 3rd pos etc --with #s where the holes are--so I know where maj3 min3 are and 5 and b5 in all those positions --sometimes someone learning there first theory and what works where and why i could help---but its a pain posting a url and slower for the u--
anyway good luck killa

Sorry nate. I'm using my Galaxy S4. It really bugs me. The video n sound are together at the start, but the video plays in slow motion so the sound is quickly far ahead of it. So i just listen to them now .. lol.
And i was getting error mrssages in the yt vids yesterday. Any idea what's causing the lag in video???
Snowman I use The Box for audio. Not Dropbox ... just TheBox.
For pictures i use PhotoBucket. It all works great for me.

no problem brother.
Listen, the app doesnt really work too well. For me atleast. Your better off using the web based version.
Once you ve uploaded a file. Right click. Embed Widget. Copy. Paste. Boom. Painless.
Good Luck with it. ----------

I'm not sure.
My understanding is that the way YouTube works is they have their main computers where everything is. Those can be really far away from where you are uploading though, so they also have more computers right near you, at the local cable or wireless company. Those computers don't hold all of their videos though, just the ones that get viewed a lot. It's improved, but I know a couple years ago I could watch popular videos with no problems (since there were copies stored near me) but more obscure videos with only a few views were more likely to freeze or have other playback issues.
It's also possible that specific videos, especially if they are all from one channel, have problems in the videos themselves. It's pretty easy to have syncing problems in the recording process. (I remember Michael Rubin having some problems with some of his early Meat & Potato recordings with syncing).
So the first step would be to check to see if it's just specific, less popular videos, in which case it's network structural. The second step would to see if it's just specific videos, in which case it might be the videos.
Check to make sure you are getting a strong signal. Are you using a home wifi or public? I don't watch much video on my tablet. Usually I watch video on my PC, so I'm not as familiar with tablet video issues. It sounds like you have already switched between the app version and the web version.
You might also check to see what resolution you are playing the videos at. There is usually a little button underneath the video on YouTube that lets you choose the resolution. Picking a lower resolution might take some strain off of the tablet's processing and/or the download speed.
The only time I have problems lately is when I've got too many things open at once. You might want to make sure you aren't doing too much multitasking on the tablet at once because that can use up too much memory/bandwidth. I remember before they upgraded our internet speeds I would also sometimes have to load a video all the way before I started playing it. It was slow, but it would work. I have noticed Chrome/YouTube have started behaving differently. It used to be if I opened a bunch of tabs all at once they would all start automatically playing, which was a mess. Recently though, it changed so I could open a bunch of tabs at once and the video in each tab would only start playing when I clicked on a specific tab. It's a nice upgrade, but there is a chance that it means that if you were opening a bunch of tabs before they were all loading the videos, and the new behavior means that it only downloads when you click on the tab, which might mean more of a memory/bandwidth bottleneck. I think tablets, by default, tend to only play video on a tab when that tab is open, which might mean they only download video when the tab is open, which means you might be stuck having to have the tab open with the video not playing for a minute to make sure it's got enough buffer. There is a way around it that I read about, if that's the problem, but I'd have to look it up (and I've got to get set for an appointment right now). If that's the issue there is a setting you can adjust. I'll try to find a link later.

If I'm having viewing problems I watch it on YT. I started doing this when I was on Facebook which uses a lot of the available bandwidth for snooping.
