Edit- Okay Maraboy, go to the post on FB that you want to link to and left click the little arrow in the corner (same place you would click to hide the post or whatever). The last option will give you the embed code.
Snowman... it has to be hosted somewhere. Youtube works, but there are other options like Sound Cloud. Each one has a different method to share them. I used to use Dropbox for it but they changed it so it doesn't work anymore.
