Hey everyone,

I am in New York for the first time from tomorrow to August 4th. Do you have any musical recommendations for me in Manhattan or Brooklyn?

Also get in contact with me if you are in town and want to get a lesson or something.

Best,
Konstantin

Welcome to the U.S.A.!
You will have to stand by for entertainment advice in NYC, I am much further South.
Will you be stopping by Denver?

You might want to see if you can get out to Piermont. The Blues Doctors are playing there with Robert Ross. I caught the same show (except it was just Adam then, not the Blues Doctors) a couple years back. It was great (although maybe sitting right in front of Adam's kick drum wasn't the best seat in the house!) I'm still hoping against hope that I can figure out transportation down.

Konstantin:

As nacoran mentioned, the Blues Docs will be playing in Piermont on Wednesday, 7/29. You can get a Red & Tan bus from the George Washington Bridge Bus Station out to Piermont; it's a quick ride.

Also, the Blues Docs will be in NYC this coming Sunday and Monday, the 26 and 27. Please email me (asgussow@aol.com) and I'll give you my cell # so we can perhaps hook up. We're hoping to play the streets on the 26 and the NYC subways on the 27th. For folks who might want to find us on short notice when we do that, please become Facebook fans:
