The best is Mark Burness (5F6H is his name on here). What Mark doesn't know about harp amps isn't worth knowing. I'd imagine that he's very busy though. Send him an email and ask. Even if Mark can't do the work directly, he's usually very forthcoming with information and can give you advice on what's needed.

2nd for Burness. I live in the States, and Mark has been very helpful and accommodating in helping me out with questions via email. One of the smartest amp gurus I've had the fortune to know. ----------
