Hey guys, I know a couple of you have had problems with the password reset in the last few weeks. They did an update to fix a problem and it seems to have broken things. I put in a support request but I've been really busy and wasn't able to follow up. They needed to contact a couple people to see where the reset passwords were being sent to. If you've recently had problems with the reset system can you let me know if it's okay for them to contact you?

Hey Nate,
I requested a password reminder a while back and received nothing. They can contact me if needed. In the interim I've re-registered with a similar handle. It was the only thing I could think of doing at the moment. Probably not the brightest thing to do, but...
Anyway, let me know what I can do to help.

Harpin, yeah, you can always contact us at the membership email (on the contact page) and we'll reset it manually. I handle the new registrations and the emails at the same time, so it will get you access about the same time and will keep double registrations down. I'll bump this one more time to see if I can get a couple more names (they wanted a few), then submit it.
