I am having a terrible problem contacting mission amps. I received one email back needing more specific questions from me. I have called several times and written more emails with no response. Has anyone else had a problem communicating with them lately. I'm thinking since I want to order an amp I would get more response.

Hi, and welcome to the forum.

Mission Amps is owned and operated by Bruce Collins, who has a strong reputation for quality amps and quality customer service. If he hasn't responded to your attempts to contact him, my first thought would be that is not normal for Bruce.

Rick? You around? Any ideas?

Glad you heard from him. It isn't uncommon for independent boutique guys to have a month here or there when they can't get to all their emails. When you don't hear back from somebody after the 1st couple attempts give it a month and try again.
