Sure, Gold!
That's why I plan to leave Belgium, and even Europe...
as I said in another post, here freedom becomes a perishable good.

When I'm rich and famous I'm going to pay a chauffeur to drive me around so I can play in the back seat. Until then, I'm going to keep both hands on the wheel when I'm driving (or one on the wheel, one on the stick, I do like standards.)

I've know too many people f'd up or worse in car crashes. That said, if you are going to drive in traffic, well, at least he sounds good, and Google is working on self driving cars, so maybe this won't always be an issue. Something about harp players. We always seem to play at inappropriate times in inappropriate places. At least that's what my proctologist says.

I was practicing warbling at a red light. Some fast guys in a young car rolled down the window. I waved the harp at them. "We thought you were having a stroke," said one...

I play alot while driving here in the US and have never been hassled(knock on wood)I always figured I,d say Mr.officer, people can smoke while driving, drink a soder while driving, whats the problem with playing a little harp?As long as I,m not driving over 50 or 60 mph,or cupping whats the issue.I see idiots reading, texting and women and cross dressers even putting on make up while driving.Harp On my friends.Oh and BTW I see alot of cops talking on they,re cell phones while driving, but wait isn,t that against the law?

There's nothing like wailing away at 70 miles an hour, steering with your knees while driving a loaded (cargo) bus and pulling a 16 foot trailer across a bridge over the Ohio in traffic. Of course, I wouldn't know anything about that.

Neither would I, I think, but you GET the choice.
I found the scene funny, and the female response much more funny.
I'm not sure, but if you're busted playing harmonica while driving in my country, could be a matter of license...at least a 250 euros fine, because it's a serious offense!
