You ned to have the photo on an internet site e g dropbox or iCloud or similar. Then click the hyperlink called Forum how-to on the forum Malin page. Copy and paste the part about postning pictures.

Hi artcarny. Pistolcat is right. The first thing you need to do is upload it to a hosting site. I don't know if Dropbox will work- they changed their terms of service a while back... existing members can use it to store and serve pictures, but new members can't, or that's what I think the situation is.

Flikr, Photobucket.. there are a lot of sites that will host your photo for free. Once you have it hosted, and make sure it's set to public, copy this piece of code into your post-

<img src="http://www.abc.com/anyPicture.jpg">

Next, you want to right click on the photo, and copy the url (don't copy the url from the url bar at the top of the page... that's for the whole page, not the photo.) Highlight the part of the code above in your post between the quotation marks and paste the pictures url in in it's place.

Tada! That should do it. If you are posting a picture that is already on the net, like a picture of a harmonica from the Hohner site, you can skip the hosting part of the instructions.

When you are trying to figure out coding issues, try posting in this thread-

Practice Your Forum Skills

It is designed specifically for people to figure stuff like this out, and there are several regular members of the forum who keep an eye out whenever that thread pops back up and jump in to help anyone having troubles out (plus, when you screw html up, it can cause problems for a whole thread, so we try to keep things isolated to there!- that doesn't happen often, but it does happen.) :)
