Was the harp in this tune inspired by a guitarist, bassist, drummer, vocalist, trumpeter, sax man, piano player? Can you tell?

i was going to say the triangle also
however that was not one of the choices

it is obvious to me it was inspired by a vocalist
a two year old "vocalist" lol

i get a lot of request when i play my harmonica

Sounds great, I was going to say trumpet too, but then I thought of a lonely bull frog letting all the lady frogettes know how fine he is, or maybe a rooster crowing! Whatever it is, it is very attractive.

Reminds me of Dennis Gruenling who definitely was inspired by sax players.

Good stuff.

Nice work. Clarinet, Trumpet, Sax. On the other hand could be any lead instrument, or maybe this is a front to show us your skills. Give me that mic lol.

Cupping is outstanding. I haven't heard many do it that well. One of Greg's mics?

I will amend my earlier answer and say a 5-4-4 configuration big band with piano and stand-up bass.

Slimharp was the most correct..."the harmonica" -

I am a big fan of all instruments,

But I LOVE to study the work of the Master Harp Players approachs and figure out how to unlock the excellence that they possess as harmonica players...

So that "horn sound and rythmic phrasing" is something I am drawn toward and hear in my minds gut when improvising. Thank you all very much for your input :)

I really love this kind of harp handling.

Around here, the accordion and fiddle is the traditional instruments, and i take the harp for a travellers kind of accordion, and hence an instrument of its own. Then this fellow got a jass komp sound behind him, but he could might as well be alone, and still make good music to me.
