Hey Folks,I just wanted to give a heads up,I was trolling on the computer as usual on my limited spare time and low and behold a message came up from M.Friend.A 5 pack for $102.01 with free standard shipping.Keys A,C,D,E, and G. Great deal that can,t be beat as far as I,m concerned, especially if you play Sp 20,s as I do(or Marine Bands).Ever since the Flyin,Hawai'an (MP)hung up his tools, you gotta save when you can,eh.Obviously no affiliation, just a heads up for my fellow friends of the mouth organ.Jeez, prices haven,t been this low since Mr.Farrell was in business.Happy New Year Every One!!!

It's a great deal! Four harps in the most popular and useful keys. And one in E!
Still a great deal... ----------

Good Morning,
For the record, I still do repairs. All a person has to do is tell me the key of the harp and which reed is dead. I look around and see if I have it in stock. I will say that the days of doing orders of 10 harps are over. ---------- i still have a little Hohner stock for reed replacement in three common keys. when these are gone i'm out of the biz. click MP for my e-mail address and more info.

No prob NiteCrawler, yeah, those are common enough.:-)but I may be out of A parts, have to look. Just finished three of them but some plates found their way to my bench. (they are like stray animals) and I have to check out what they are. Oh yeah, 20 is fine....NOT! :-)
That's a great deal by the way. In those packs they always offer E instead of something more useful like Eb. Still, it takes me back to a time when you wouldn't go broke buying a set of twelve harps. ---------- i still have a little Hohner stock for reed replacement in three common keys. when these are gone i'm out of the biz. click MP for my e-mail address and more info.

Thanks for the heads up. Couldn't resist buying them. Takes me back to the year 2000 when I could still buy SP20s for around $20 a piece. ---------- Ridge's YouTube

Right Ridge! SP/20s @ $20 apiece. Those used to be my harp of choice. I still don't trust the MB 1896 but it's out of habit. ---------- i still have a little Hohner stock for reed replacement in three common keys. when these are gone i'm out of the biz. click MP for my e-mail address and more info.

Yowza! That beats my Hohner Artist price and my Double Secret Buddy Works At A Distributor price. As and added bonus, I actually use an E harp on two songs I've written!

They could probably sell that 5 pack for 50 bucks and still make a decent profit?

Got my 2 five packs today.
The package featured this self-contradicting blurb.
"Featuring a durable, airtight, plastic comb, it has become the harmonica of choice for recording artist John Popper (Blues Traveler). Universally recognized for its full tone superior bending, rich tone, and distinctive wood comb, it is loved in a variety of genres ranging from country and folk, to rhythm and blues."
Maybe it's airtight plastic comb AND its distinctive wood comb is what made them lower the price?

Mine came today, too. I only opened the Marine Bands, so far. A very quick test gave me 6OB pretty easily on all. 4,5,6 OB on E,D,C. G and A gave the 1OB pretty willingly. Overall, they play as well or better than any stock MB I've owned. I was worried about the new paint, but these are nice (for a stock player like me) ---------- 12gagedan's YouTube Channel

Got my SP20 5pack yesterday and was mostly pleased. Harps were in tune and responded well. Only problem is I don't have time to adjust them all to my needs. When I do, I'm going to sit down and watch those Spiers adjustment videos again. ---------- Ridge's YouTube
