i have an 8" inch eminence speaker 4 ohm with a paper cone
in one of my amps, i cannot see which model # it is
without totally taking it apart, which i have been meaning to do
cause it needs a minor repair. it is one of the best sounding 8" inch speakers i have ever owned. i posted a clip a few times.
i would not hesitate to try one. i have used 10 inch eminence
speakers in my bassman for the last fifteen years
i really like them. however they will be pulled out shortly
as i am having the old jensen's reconed.

Not heard or tried one yet. But I wrote Eminence about them a while back inquiring about them, and the Lady Lucks that went into the EVJ. I specifically asked what the comparison might be between the 820H and it's bigger brother the Lil' Buddy. Here's the response I got back:

"I think the 820H would be an excellent harp speaker. It’s very clean, warm, and fat. It almost sounds like a 10”. It’s very warm, but it’s not nearly as dark as Lil’ Buddy."
